This session aims to provide you with an understanding of the complexities of overweight and obesity, reviews the current statistics, risks to health and how we can support lifestyle change for those living with Obesity and overweight.
Target Audience
Anyone who has a wide range of contacts within the community; enabling them to contribute towards improving health and wellbeing in Medway.

There is no charge for this Training, except if there is failure to attend without giving notice, when a charge of £50 may be incurred.
