Intro into FAQs

We update our FAQs regularly to keep on top of any questions we get asked. You can view more details about the courses we offer here. Check through our FAQs below, if you don’t find the answer you were looking for, you can send us a message from our contact page and we will get back to you.

Go to our sign in page - where the option to ‘create an account’ appears, from here you can fill out your details and create an account. Make sure you activate your account via your email and set your password before you try to log in.

Make sure you check your spam folder to double check. Our activation emails expire after some time so make sure you activate straight away! If you didn’t manage to set your password in time you can always use the forgot password feature to reset it. Otherwise, get in contact and we can make sure you get the email.

As you are signing in, we have a ‘forgot password’ feature which means you can recover your account and reset your password.

From the My Bookings page of the site you are able to see the courses you are booked onto, from here you can cancel your place on a particular course. If you are unable to attend on the day of the course, please contact the trainer directly using the details provided.

Any changes that are made to a course will be detailed in an email so you won’t be caught by surprise if any changes are made.

You can view or update the data that is held about you in the portal at any time by accessing the My Account part of the site and then going to Account Details. This will help us to ensure that the data we have is accurate and up to date. If you wish to remove your data from the portal, please email phworkforcetraining@medway.gov.uk and we will ensure that we update our system.
