Financial Wellbeing has close links with mental health and wellbeing.  With money worries and stress being a leading source of stress, and never more so that in the current cost of living crisis. 

Join us with our special guest Justine Piercy from FinWell, to hear some top tips on managing your own financial wellbeing and dealing with the current cost of living crisis.

Target Audience

Anyone who is working with an employer signed up to the Medway Workplace Wellbeing Award and Workplace Health Programme. If you are not sure if your employer is taking part in this programme, or do not work at an employer in Medway please contact workplacehealth@medway.gov.uk before booking your place.

There is no charge for this Training.

If for any reason you are unable to attend or no longer require the Training, please cancel your place on the course through our Training Portal or email workplacehealth@medway.gov.uk as it allows another person to attend.
