Introduction to Relationships and Sex Education (RSE) Training - Secondary (New to the subject)

This one-day training is suitable for those that are new to planning and delivering RSE in secondary schools.

Please note that this course is only available to people who work directly with children and young people in Medway and we can only accept a maximum of 2 people from each setting on each course, this is to ensure a fair opportunity for everyone.

In completing this course you will:

·        Understand how to deliver RSE in-line with the new UK government guidelines.

·        Identify features of high quality RSE, based on research evidence

·        Techniques to support effective teaching and learning including using distancing techniques for KS1 and KS2

·        Creative ways to approach a selection of RSE topics, to support learners to access learning safely and inclusively
