Primary Drug and Alcohol Education in Medway

Delivered PSHE Association subject specialist; this interactive course will build teachers’ confidence in planning and delivering effective, age-appropriate drug and alcohol education at KS1–2.

You’ll explore the latest RSHE guidance, Medway-specific priorities and safeguarding considerations, and gain practical lesson ideas, SEND adaptations and assessment approaches to take back to school.

You will have the opportunity to:

• Explore local data, trends and risk factors in Medway
• Try out classroom activities and discuss how to create a safe, inclusive learning environment
