Fatherhood Champions

Our Champions training offers an impactful and in-depth learning experience, supplementing the two-day course with a 10- hour self-study portfolio and a third day of action planning. Participants will develop a comprehensive strategy for building, sustaining, and promoting a father inclusive service, built on a solid knowledge and evidence base – ready to champion fathers within their service. The Fatherhood Institute team supports them to complete their portfolio, providing access to additional research, auditing tools and case studies to assist their development. Participants who successfully complete the course and portfolio will become Fatherhood Champions – equipped with the knowledge and skills to cascade their learning to colleagues and lead on key issues in their locality.
