This session is specifically designed for men, carers, and partners to gain an understanding of menopause so that they can better support family, friends and colleagues through this phase of their life.

Menopause not only impacts the individuals who experience it personally but also partners, colleagues, friends and family members who experience it second hand.

Menopause has historically been a taboo subject but by increasing your own awareness you can have a strong positive impact on the people in your personal and professional life.

Objectives:

  • Understand what menopause is, how to recognise the symptoms and how someone may be affected by menopause.
  • Supporting someone in your personal life
  • Supporting someone in the workplace
  • What support is available and how to access it.

This session is open to all but designed for those who won’t physically experience menopause but who wish to increase their awareness and support others.

We're passionate about the wellbeing of everyone and that means talking about menopause openly.
